Can I order only Web Hosting, as I already have a domain

If you already possess a registered domain name and are interested in purchasing a hosting plan from us, simply navigate to the desired plan and click the “buy now” button. During the purchase process, you will be presented with several options; select the third option, which states, “I will update my name servers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.” This choice indicates that you intend to either update the name servers of your currently registered domain to point to our hosting services or that you plan to register a new domain during the setup process

What are my payment options

Currently we accept Online Payment through Stripe. This allows you to complete online payments using your bank or online banking card.

What is your refund policy

Indeed, HostMines offers a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee exclusively on all our shared hosting plans, allowing you to experience our services with peace of mind. However, it’s important to note that our VPS, dedicated hosting plans, and domain name registrations do not fall under this money-back policy, attributed to the inherent nature and costs associated with these products. How do I pay my renewal payments

Your renewal invoice will be generated automatically before 30 days of the expiry date and will be sent to your email. You can renew your order by pay to that invoice from login to client area https://manage.hostmines.com/

Is my card information safely stored

We do not store any credit card information. Our order cart will redirect you to payment gateway website to make the payment.
